Dr Djoni Huang is a passionate clinician leader with over 27 years of medical experience and 15+ years in senior management. Recognised for strategic vision and decisive crisis management, he has driven service transformation across Singapore’s healthcare sector and earned multiple national honours, including the Public Service Medal (PBM). 

As Director of Clinical Services at Mount Alvernia Hospital, Dr Huang oversees seven major departments, spearheaded the launch of Da Vinci Robotic Surgery Services, and strengthens clinical governance through key medical advisory roles.

He previously led primary- and community-care integration at NUHS and Yishun Community Hospital, directed COVID-19 dormitory clinics and Swab Isolation Facilities during Singapore’s Circuit Breaker, and managed operations at multiple National Healthcare Group polyclinics.

A Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) with a Master’s in Primary Health Care, Dr Huang continues to shape national healthcare policy and community programs through leadership roles with MUIS Council, CaringSG, and several non-profit boards.
